Why only 10 latest workouts? To keep you on your toes! Kidding, not kidding. It’s great to repeat workouts that we love, but switching up the choreography challenges both the body and mind. The hits are awesome, but sometimes you find your new favorite on the B-side! You’ll find many of the same exercises (with different variations) throughout my workouts. Fret not — if you loved a certain video, you’ll be sure to see something like it again. As always, let me know what you liked and didn’t like. I’m here for you guys, after all, and want to deliver the best!
Can I save workouts so they don't disappear? All workouts will be filed under one of the program categories, so even if you don’t see them under “Latest” anymore, they will still be on the channel. :)
What type of workouts are you sharing? Pilates - both classical and contemporary. You’ll find Core Challenges, Arms & Abs, Booty Blast, and more!
Does the workouts require any equipment? Usually just a mat, but occasionally we’ll implement some props such as light weights, resistance bands, a foam roller, sliders, and maybe even a magic circle. ;) If you need any advice on where to get some good props for your home, shoot me a message and I’ll be happy to help!
What’s the main goal for your workouts? Strengthen your core, improve your posture, and boost your confidence. You’ll finish class singing not screaming!
I’m new to this stuff. Is Pilates for me? Pilates is quite literally for anyone with the ability to move. It’s often the first workout modality that Physical Therapists recommend for their patients when they are ready to start exercising again. I offer a variety of class levels, with lots of modification options. Look for the class level indications: Beginner/Intro, Intermediate, and Advanced. Although true Pilates is considered very safe, please consult your physician before starting a new exercise regimen to be sure it’s right for your body. :)
