What are the goals of the program? The goal of this program is to get an idea of what it takes to get to the highest level, what that training looks like, and get the actual training from one of the top college basketball players of all time and NBA G-League athletes.
You’ll improve your explosiveness, first step, agility, coordination, strength, mobility while reducing the risk of injury and dramatically improving your performance!
How to get the best outcome of the program? To get the best outcome, you will need access to most gym equipment or a gym membership at your local gym.
In addition, it’s important to stay consistent and give these workouts your full attention and focus!
How to schedule the program into a week? Pick any days that work for you. As things can unexpectedly come up and/or some days are harder than others, it is more than okay to go through this program at your on pace. Do what you can when you can and don’t stress!
What do I need to participate in this program? A gym membership or a home gym with the following equipment: cable machine, bands, barbell, landmine attachment, bumper plates, medicine balls, stability balls, dumbbells and/or kettlebells.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for intermediate / advanced athletes with prior lifting and performance training experience. It’s important that you have a prior base of training and are healthy to participate in high intensity activity (if you’re suffering from injury, etc this program isn’t for you YET!)
