About Jess Guinan

Hey there! I'm Jess. I was never athletic growing up, but nine years ago my older brother introduced me to weightlifting and I've been hooked ever since. I believe that fitness and nutrition should be something you can do and enjoy for the rest of your life - I don't believe in fad diets, punishing your body, or short term fixes.
