The Soft Strength Split is a smarter approach to strength training for women who want visible muscle definition, better body composition, and long-term results — without burnout, extremes, or living in the gym.
This program was created for women who want to look strong and toned and feel energized, confident, and supported by their training — not depleted by it.
Choose your weekly routine. Train 2-4 times per week following the workouts created for each type of training frequency.
Be consistent. Perform your specific workouts weekly. Track your weights. Go up in weights monthly. Lift with intention and your results will follow!
Pair this with daily steps 8,000-10,000/day, and add in 1-2 low intensity group classes or recreational sports/activities per week for best results.
