Short on time with minimal equipment, but want build muscle and burn fat? This program is for you!
Each workout in this program is structured into 5 rounds of 5 exercises that you'll perform for a minute each. At the end of each round, you'll rest for 1 minute and repeat.
These workout can be done from home, the gym, or even a hotel gym, and are perfect for when you want to build and burn while keeping your heart rate up. These workouts pair well with any traditional strength training program and could replace cardio if you're able to move quickly during the 5 minute round.

For these workouts, you'll need basic equipment such as: a medium to heavy dumbbells, a mat, a workout bench or box, and a medium kettlebell.
You'll perform 3-4 of these 30 minute workouts per week and can repeat workouts that you love during the program. At the end of 4 weeks, your strength and conditioning will have improved and you'll be looking and feeling strong.
