These 30-60 min workouts can done at all gyms w/basic equip:
Strength (dumbbells only)
Hybrid Strength + Cardio (dumbbells and cardio machines)
Cardio (cardio machines - steady state or interval workouts for fat loss)
You'll hit all muscle groups and burn fat with cardio and get new workouts each week to keep you challenged. This workout will keep your progressing in strength and conditioning so that you're ready for the next challenge, or to take on new workouts w/me once you're done!
