Inspiring and helping others to make changes that result in a better life it’s what success it’s all about.
During my life, sports have always been a big part of my life. Soccer, football, basketball, swimming, boxing and athletics were the sports that made me who I am today. Being in shape was part of who I needed to be back then to achieve success, but later in my life I left sports behind and my healthy habits disappeared. I began to gain weight, my energy levels were so low and in general I was feeling awful. During that time I was only thinking what my next meal was going to be and always feeling tired became my normal state.
But all changed… I got married to my beautiful wife and God gave us two gorgeous daughters. I found my inspiration in them to start making the changes I needed to make for a better, healthier and probably longer life to enjoy my beautiful family.
After a long way of trying and analyzing multiple workout plans I started designing my own plans. I tried almost everything, running, cycling, HIIT, weightlifting, calisthenics, counting calories, the mediterranean diet, fasting, and more… After all that journey of ups and downs I finally decided that I wanted to share what I’ve learned to help others giving them a short cut to succeed and stop suffering the consequences of unhealthy lifestyles.
My biggest dream is to be a motivation and a guide for making your life healthier, to help you achieve your fitness goals and to be a part of your success because your success is my goal.
