Fitness has always been a part of who I am. After college track and field left me burned out, I found my way back by combining strength work through running. I felt better mentally, physically, and emotionally. I kept going.
In 2020, I packed a bag, moved to Istanbul, and stayed consistent with my training. That turned into a year of movement through Egypt, Montenegro, and Rio. I started sharing what I was doing, and FitLifePassport was born.
In 2024, my dad was diagnosed with ALS. He passed in early 2025. His strength, even in the hardest moments, is what fuels me now. Everything I create through FitLifePassport is in his honor.
I’m here to help you live fit, free, and fearless by moving with purpose, staying fit, and transforming your health & wellness.
