No weight vest thank you. Maybe next year. 43 minutes Rowed the miles instead of running. Will do weight vest next year.

2nd time doing the MURPH (49:17). This year I was a few mins slower (3:30) vs last year but it’s OK. As long I’m able to complete it under 1 hr I can live with it. 1-mile run 🏃🏻‍♂️ 20 rounds: 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats 1-mile run 🏃🏻‍♂️
