Spent an hour doing this at the gym in the sun and my legs, hips, back feel great. It’s a lovely check in and softening exercise that will help me get through my 10hr shift on my feet. Thank you!

As good as yesterday!! Walked/jogged 4.25 miles then did mobility!! It was amazing.
