Great workout. Took yesterday off to rest because I had some very physical tryouts for something today. So I got in the workout a day late!

After the chaos of today it felt great to get focused and crush this one! Went up to 60lb on the snatches. Another week almost done! Keep killing it everyone!

I did a circuit with the gorilla rows (20kg), squat press (30#s), and snatch (35#). Spicy!!!

Full leg spread traditional push-up grip and range of motion

Wide Stance Push-up

- Begin by lying back on an incline bench with dumbbells above your chest
- Lower the dumbbells to chest level 
- Press the dumbbells back up, engaging your chest

DB Incline Bench Press

- Hold the bar with your palms facing away from you
- Pull yourself up bringing your elbows to your ribs
- Pause at the top engaging your back 
- Lower slowly until you arms are fully extended

Wide Grip Pullups

- Stand with feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider, with two kettlebells between your feet
- Hinge your hips back and bend your knees until you can reach the handles of both kettlebells
- Grasp the kettlebells, then row them one at a time, alternating sides
- As you row up with one side, push down into the opposite kettlebell on the floor
- Don’t allow your hips or upper body to rise up

KB Gorilla Rows

- Holding a dumbbell in each hand at your shoulders lower into the bottom of a squat
- Stand back up 
- As you reach extension press the dumbbells overhead
- Lower the dumbbells back to your shoulders repeating the movement

DB Squat to Press

- Grab the dumbbell from the floor with your arm extended
- Pull straight up leading your elbow
- Get underneath the dumbbell when it goes over your head
- Extend your arm
- Reverse the movement with control, placing the dumbbell back to the floor
- Alternating arms each rep

The importance of mobility training cannot be stressed enough, it has been so beneficial and definitely helps prevent injury too.

The mobility stuff is worth the price of the app alone. Everything else is just bonus! Love the phrase “aggressive mobility” and looking forward to attacking this challenge.

Spent an hour doing this at the gym in the sun and my legs, hips, back feel great. It’s a lovely check in and softening exercise that will help me get through my 10hr shift on my feet. Thank you!

Very helpful and I’m really starting to enjoy being in the gym to stretch and open up the movement patterns

Felt really good to focus on the mobility today. It’s really nice to slow down and focus on the tight spots or areas that need a little extra lovin. The hangs and what I call “the kitchen sink” is my absolute favorite stretch. Feels so good!
