Timed bodyweight sessions will have my legs sore for days. Great workout and change of pace.

Legs are jello now š° I threw in 60 seconds of kb farmers walks in between the walking lunges and the split squats as a ārestā because I think going back to back with no break with those exercises would have been brutal for me. Overall I managed to crank out 6 rounds.
