Why Rebuilt is for YOU

We built this program for people who want to bulletproof their joints, prevent injury, increase longevity, and max out your performance inside and outside the gym. Our 6-week program is designed to touch your body head to toe with an emphasis on increasing flexibility and range of motion while decreasing aches and pains. This program will require an investment of 30-40 minutes each day, some days it’s mobility, other days it’s walking & tissue work and of course our functional strength and endurance days. You can always reach out and ask us any questions we are here to help you.
What makes Rebuilt Athletic different from other programs?
If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past or programs, you may be skeptical about ours. But we’re here to tell you, we guarantee you’ll get the results you want if you put in the work. Why? We are dedicated to actually coaching you and help answer your questions. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
