How do I receive the program?
Everything comes instantly inside the app once you purchase every video is live and available to use.
When can I start the program?
You can start the program at any time day 1 of purchase or begin anytime you feel ready. This is also a great program that can be done multiple times per year as well.
What if I don't know what an exercise is?
Inside each video I walk you through each exercise and how to perform them. If you have any questions as you go through the program, please reach out to us and ask we are here to coach you every step of the way.
What should I do if I don't have the necessary equipment?
We created a FAQ Equipment Video to help and in each video, I give swaps and alternatives for you. You can always reach out and ask us if you are unsure, we are here to help coach you through any obstacles.
How heavy should I go on my lifts?
We talk about this in detail as the program begins and throughout the program to help you load safely and efficiently to get stronger and avoid injury.
I have had injuries in the past is this program safe for me?
We always say consult with your doctor prior to starting any new exercise program. With that said most of us past the age of 25 have some prior injuries and nagging aches and pains (me included.) This program was designed for older adults, with that we have zero spine loading, zero jumping, zero unnecessary lifts, we built this program out with the older athlete in mind utilizing proper rest and recovery and focus heavily on form and safety.

Yes, we are here to coach you and give you help. You can ask us anything anytime inside the app and we typically respond with 6-12 hours and within 24 hours of all questions.
