I'm loving this already. I previously did only calethenics about 5 years ago now but since then I am coming back from some injuries and I need something to follow where I know I will get the results.. thank you

Hard. Broke my foot on 5/2. Sprained same foot in July and dropped chair on my toe on same foot in July. First week pain free. Haven’t walked much all summer. Been in PT so that has helped. Been on cruiser bike a few times. Ready to get back into exercise. I feel like a slug and not easy at 61

This really showed me how i was cheating on my push-ups and what my actual push-up strength was. Great add-on exercise/challenge
