The 34 Days to Fit Challenge requires 34 days and just 30 minutes per day to make a massive change in your health and fitness. This program is for all fitness levels and will be challenging. We will ask you to push yourself physically, prepare each day mentally, and eat real food that nourishes your body for all 34 days. This program can be done 100% at home, with minimal equipment — you can crush this program with DB’s and a basic bench.

The Jeremy Scott Fitness 34 Days to Fit Challenge might be for you… If you’ve ever struggled to lose weight and jumped from program to program with little to no results. If you’ve tried "dieting", only to yo-yo back to being even heavier than when you started. If you hate long, boring, poorly designed workouts. If you’ve popped weight loss pills and other ‘quick fixes’ with no success.
What's Included in the challenge?
5 weeks of workouts with 5 different coaches. Week One will start out with Jeremy Scott and each week you will be with another coach; Alexia Clark, Tommy Baker, Nikki Metzger & Ben Novak. You’ll go through 7 very different workouts each week. You will be active every single day for the next 34 days with no two workouts being the same. Each weekend we have built in much needed foam rolling/tissue quality and mobility days to ensure your body is recovering and getting the proper corrective exercise it needs. Plus, BONUS high intensity “fat loss finishers” for those of you who are up for the challenge and wanting to get in a little more work on the weekends.
