Absolutely love this workout. Return to it all the time. Excellent mental workout too as I always want to quit at the beginning.

LOVED this workout…. My quivering legs aren’t so sure yet! I added bicycle V-ups after each round of lunges ( same count as lunges) to get some ab work in and rest my legs!
