What type of workouts are you sharing? My workouts range from strength, endurance, bodybuilding, power, and athletics. I like to categorize it as “Aesthetic Performance”.

Does the workouts require any equipment? Yes the gym for most of them unless it’s an at home workout then it will only be bodyweight.
