This program is designed to help you achieve a maximally defined physique if paired with the nutrition program I have which can be purchased right on my website at www.bullfrogfit.com I keep the exercises simple, but load the volume and minimize the break time. During this program, I want you to try and keep track of how much you are lifting and I also want you to time all of the breaks you take so you can stay efficient. Step 1: head to the website and purchase the full program for $49 to achieve maximum results. Step 2: follow the training guide based on the order of operations on the PDF file purchased through the website. These workouts are designed to be completed in order of the website program.
