I’m loving this! And your camera angles are perfect for demonstrating form for each exercise. Unless I’m missing something, it would be helpful if the sets and rounds would auto advance for the 10 minutes. By the 6th leg squat I didn’t know my own name, let alone where I was in the count. Lol Day 3 and enjoying the efficiency and intensity. Well done! Jenn’s presence and energy is great!
