Hike Warm-up

Bench Step Ups

Start in plank position and bring each knee toward chest in pace of choice. Bring naval towards spine.

Mountain Climbers

Modify by starting in plank position and bringing both feet up to an elevated tree plank. Then return to plank on ground.

Tree Plank to Handstand

Modify by keeping push-ups at high rail level.

Stair Push-up Hops
