About the program

Here’s what’s included: 4 strength workouts per week, each one under an hour, and totally doable with dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and a bench — or, if you’re working out at the gym, there’s a version using barbells and pull-up bars too. You’ll also get cardio options for off days — both endurance-based and short, effective interval training. The workouts progress every 4 weeks to keep you challenged, and help you build strength, balance, and energy without burning out. And to keep you consistent- You’ll get a printable workout calendar, a habit tracker, nutrition support, live Q& A's plus 4 live workouts with me, so you can follow along with confidence. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
