You don’t need to spend hours in the gym or be an expert in exercise. You just need a little structure, support, and someone in your corner. That’s what this program gives you.
Here’s what’s included:
4 strength workouts per week, each one under an hour, and totally doable with dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and a bench — or, if you’re working out at the gym, there’s a version using barbells and pull-up bars too.
You’ll also get cardio options for off days — both endurance-based and short, effective interval training.
The workouts progress every 4 weeks to keep you challenged, and help you build strength, balance, and energy without burning out.
