    Do I need equipment?
    Nope! All workouts can be done with just your bodyweight. If you have light dumbbells or booty bands, feel free to add them for extra spice—but they’re totally optional.
    How long are the workouts?
    Each workout is 15–30 minutes. Quick, powerful, and easy to fit into a busy day—because transformation doesn’t need to take hours.
    I’m not in shape. Can I still do this?
    Yes, love! This program is beginner-friendly with plenty of options to modify or level up depending on your energy. It’s about building strength and confidence—not perfection.
