What type of workouts are you sharing? Workouts and practices are mostly 15-20 minutes long, require minimal equipment, and vary in intensity, from restorative to strength building.
Do the workouts require any equipment? Minimal, but occasionally dish towels, small balls, yoga blocks, bands, or a weighted object will be used.
