Upper Body + Abs Series was great!! Iโm still working on strength for the hanging knee raises so I modified those, but for everything else pushed myself and was surprised by how much more I can lift already.
Iโm working extremely hard and effecting all of these changes, but I wouldnโt be where I am today without you, Jen. Your coaching, support, and encouragement have meant so much. I have periodically been getting dizzy spells when I get up from sitting down - should I be drinking more water (I drink about 75-80 oz a day, give or take)?
