About Jeff Logan

1st of all, WELCOME! I paired my education with years of experience to fill training voids in the fitness industry. I saw and tried numerous training methods over the years. I understand it can be a bit overwhelming to a person looking for results. When life required a certain look or performance level from me, I met it! My body has performed at the elite college football level, professional tryouts, pro-level bodybuilding training, fitness modeling, fashion modeling, meditation and acting! Through my own trial and error, I’ve developed precise exercises prescriptions geared solely for bodily progression, well being, overall appearance, performance and most importantly your health & longevity. I stand behind the motto “Before you can be you must BECOME”, meaning the preparation of becoming better and becoming exactly who you want to be requires quality work daily. What you put your body through is exactly what you get out. I’m excited & honored to help you (& everyone I possibly can) along the path of becoming your best YOU. We keep our material technology updated, yet we are the most important piece of technology that should constantly be updating. It’s time to level up!

What are the goals of the program?
To burn fat & build muscle at the same time!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
They’re geared towards an intermediate/ advanced level but don’t let that discourage you if you’re a beginner, exercises can always be modified!
What do I need to participate in this program?
A gym is preferred, but dumbbells/ med balls/ bands can still get the job done.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Get all of you’re sets in! Add a higher weight the following week, extra reps are always welcomed! Break through the plateau!
