1st of all, WELCOME! I paired my education with years of experience to fill training voids in the fitness industry. I saw and tried numerous training methods over the years. I understand it can be a bit overwhelming to a person looking for results. When life required a certain look or performance level from me, I met it! My body has performed at the elite college football level, professional tryouts, pro-level bodybuilding training, fitness modeling, fashion modeling, meditation and acting! Through my own trial and error, I’ve developed precise exercises prescriptions geared solely for bodily progression, well being, overall appearance, performance and most importantly your health & longevity. I stand behind the motto “Before you can be you must BECOME”, meaning the preparation of becoming better and becoming exactly who you want to be requires quality work daily.
