Great workout, although I made a slight mistake when I read walkout pushups in the circuit A and I paid for it later when doing burpees😜🤣🙈

SO good! One of my favorite sessions. Sweet combination of movement, lifting, core…didn’t have assault bike or row available so I jumped rope. 👍
