How to get the best outcome of the program?
Follow the program as it’s laid out to get the best results possible. If you can fit all of the workouts into your schedule, select at least 3-4 workouts to do each week and you will still get great results!
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need: -A pair of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells -Pull Up bar -Dip bars -Workout bench -Rings, TRX, or Equalizers -A jump rope or any other cardio equipment (treadmill, rower, assault bike, ski erg, etc)
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This program is for all fitness levels. In each exercise description I list ways to modify and or exercise alternatives. You can also reach to me via direct message if you need more help modifying.

This workout is deceiving ! In a good way, looks easy but kicks you in the rear-side after the 1st two sets…. Loved it.
