What are the goals of the program? To build functional strength, lean muscle, conditioning / endurance, mobility, and core strength all while shredding body fat and torching calories
How to get the best outcome of the program? Follow the program as it’s laid out to get the best results possible. If you can fit all of the workouts into your schedule, select at least 3-4 workouts to do each week and you will still get great results!
What do I need to participate in this program? You will need:
-A pair of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells
-Pull Up bar
-Dip bars
-Workout bench
-Rings, TRX, or Equalizers
-A jump rope or any other cardio equipment (treadmill, rower, assault bike, ski erg, etc)
