Such good workout!! I am not really in shape, so the supersets are impossible to complete without rest

Fantastic! I'm assuming the split leg and other one sided exercises are supposed to be done on both sides, but it was a bit confusing at first. Otherwise, loved the workout! Feel super energetic after every one. :)
