What type of workouts are you sharing?
Workouts will consist of Bodyweight exercises, kettlebell, mace, dumbbell,and all free weight movements.
Does the workouts require any equipment?
Recommended to get 2 kettlebells, a steel mace, pair of dumbbells, and a mat! Questions on what sizes? Send me a message!
