What are the goals of the program? The goals are to learn Muay Thai exercises without having to go to a boxing gym. You will also burn fat and tone up with solely bodyweight exercises!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Stick to the program and put in max effort into each bit. If Muay Thai is completely new to you I would recommend writing down the steps of each move so you remember how to execute them all with good technique.
How to schedule the program into a week? Choose 5 days in your week that you can devote 30-60 mins for working out. There is 5 workouts so every week you can repeat the workouts - the best way to learn Muay Thai is through repetition
What do I need to participate in this program? Just on your bodyweight and a soft surface to work out on like a yoga mat. There is also the option of using egg weights or light dumbbells if you want to make the workouts more challenging
