Stick to the program and put in max effort into each bit. If Muay Thai is completely new to you I would recommend writing down the steps of each move so you remember how to execute them all with good technique.

Choose 5 days in your week that you can devote 30-60 mins for working out. There is 5 workouts so every week you can repeat the workouts - the best way to learn Muay Thai is through repetition

Just on your bodyweight and a soft surface to work out on like a yoga mat. There is also the option of using egg weights or light dumbbells if you want to make the workouts more challenging
