How to get the best outcome of the program? To follow it throughly to its completion and especially pair it with nutrition which is also on this app
How to schedule the program into a week? You can do the workouts consecutively, do 2 days work, one day break, etc. however you’d like to fit it into your schedule
What do I need to participate in this program? Loop bands, long bands and it would be preferable if you have different sets of dumbbells. Your lower body requires heavier dumbbells because it’s a larger muscle group.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? I wouldn’t recommend for beginners
