Hi I'm James 👋🏼 I’m certainly not your average fitness trainer. For 11 years now, I have been transforming the physiques of hundreds of trainees each year, with my proven coaching systems. My Online Coaching services are often fully booked out, and I sell my cutting edge training programmes all over the world! Social Media has enabled me to reach out to, educate and motivate literally millions of people across the globe - but my passion will always remain rooted in the direct connection that I always establish with a client. The challenges that most trainees face, and the obstacles they present are readily overcome with my guidance, and it is common that I see transformations that extend far beyond the “aesthetic”. Many trainees experience improvements in their self-image, their posture and health, as well as their overall sense of well being and self-worth! Truly rewarding for both Coach and Trainee! Training Requirements

Training should never have to mean being in a fancy expensive gym! Most of my workouts can be done with BASIC dumbbells or kettlebells, but I also have bodyweight only workouts to get you burning calories and torching bodyfat! (I’ll explain in the intro to each video about how to manage the equipment requirements!)
