About the program

This program is a 6 week program for anyone and everyone seeking guidance in the gym. Whether you’re new to the gym and looking for tips to start or you’re new to lifting weights and need a solid routine, this program will provide a foundation to get you started in the right direction. This program targets every muscle groups including lower body 2x a week, upper body 2x a week and full body once a week. Each week push to add about 5-10 lbs to your weight from the week before.
