Hey y'all, I'm JJ! I have a passion for fitness and expanded my love to help others grow in the gym by becoming an Online and In-Person Fitness Coach! Basketball has been my first love for as long as I can remember. I carried that love into college as a dual-sport student athlete, playing both basketball and lacrosse. After obtaining my degree in Biology, I was finding it very difficult to organize myself without the discipline of being in school. Soon after graduating, I found a new calling in fitness, and fell in love with weightlifting. I have been lifting for over 3 years and I aim to inspire others to become a better version of themselves by taking on their fitness journey. It's never too late to start living a healthier lifestyle and look good and have fun while doing it!
