I‘m in Luteal so need to chill but for some reason my arms wanted that WORRRRK. Let me tell you. It got it. I was able to do these til failure on the last sets and additionally noted some weaker muscles as I was able to do 30‘s on last pulls but only 8‘s for proper form with the flys. Loved this and now I can go get my steps in and don’t feel I stressed my bodysurfing Luteal (that parts that were asking for rest / ease pre-bleed)
