I seem to gravitate towards Jacque’s exercises that end up being exactly what my body needs. Or maybe it’s that all of Jacque’s exercises scratch that itch. Another burner that leaves you smiling and sweaty 🔥 11/10 would recommend.

Tougher than I expected! The 50 reps weighted curtsy lunge…killer 😮‍💨 sweat in my eyes by the end. Thank you for a lovely, fast and effective workout leaving me feeling stronger than before. X

A shoulder creeper but a very good well-rounded workout to get back into the swing of things after a couple weeks off the wagon. Love that you can make the workout your own and change it up slightly to accommodate pains/ability. 💫
