*Todays workout In todays workout we’re focusing on shoulder strength with 2 key lifts, barbell overhead press and dumbbell overhead press along with some complimentary workouts to burn the shoulders out. We also have a 5 mile or 30 minute run, you can break these up into 2 separate workouts or complete them back to back.
