Born and raised on Long Island, NY, I’ve been living in Maui for almost six years—the best decision of my life.
Growing up, I was a total tomboy. Fitness was always part of my life because of the many sports I played. By seventh grade, I started to mature and naturally became muscular, which, unfortunately, led to tough times. I was often bullied for having “muscles.” It wasn’t until my mid-20s that I realized everyone was now working hard to get the muscles they once criticized. That’s when my confidence came back.
At 30, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I wasn’t okay with the idea of needing medication for the rest of my life. Over the last five years, I’ve completely revamped my diet and lifestyle to fuel my body and hormones for healing and muscle growth. I’ve been med-free since! Now at 39, I feel like I’m aging in reverse. Managing a thyroid condition requires daily effort, and I’m committed to putting in the work.
In recent years, my mission has been to help women in their 30s and beyond who struggle with body changes, low energy, and hormone imbalances. I firmly believe that women should advocate for their hormonal health, and I’m here to guide them every step of the way.
