NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist based in Southern California. Being the skinniest kid in high school was a big insecurity of mine so I tried to gain mass. This led to horrible eating habits and long days at the gym with little visible results and a GUT. Fast forward as I got older I continued my random gym bouts while climbing the corporate ladder. After getting frustrated with not seeing results I studied fitness and figured out the formula for SUCCESS. Now I’m in the best shape of my life! I cap my workouts at 60 minutes per day and with my program I will show you how too while packing on mass and losing fat!
