What equipment is needed? You will need a mat, ab wheel, stability ball and cable machine in order to get desired results.
How many days a week will I need to train? This program is 1x workout per week. 1x a week is all you need to achieve elite ab status.
I’m busy, will I have time to complete this program? No matter how much you have going on, you can do the workout in this program in under 45 minutes a day.
This program is designed for beginners. However, each week the intensity progresses. By week 6 you will be at an advanced level.
