About the program

The workouts focus on targeting the upper and lower ab muscles so you achieve a strong symmetric six pack. If you want a ripped core then you must train your abs like any other body part! For the next 6 weeks you’ll be focusing on strengthening your core strength and building abs of steel. Expect high volume intensity, progressive overload and hitting every muscle of your abdominals! Outside of this program do some resistance training, cardio and stick to a healthy low calorie diet and you’ll be on your way to elite ab status.
