All you need is 1 kettle bell to complete this short but sweet lower body tri-set. This workout is great for your glutes and contains only 3 exercises so can be added to a full body workout or done by itself if you’re short of time! If the lunge + curtsy is too advanced then just a pick one. Hold onto something to support yourself if you can’t balance on one leg for the single leg deadlifts
