Are all your recipes vegan?
Yes! I am fully vegan so I all these recipes are personal to me and recipes I have developed and tried myself. As a vegan I was fed up of having to "veganise" other recipes so I created my own. If there's any recipes you'd like to see send me a message here directly on the app!
Why can't I stop snacking?
Most of the time we snack not because we're hungry but because we're not focused or we're bored. Its more about the action that you're body needing the food. If you find yourself reaching for a snack, think back to when your'e out grocery shopping and make some smart choices. Don't buy the snacks that you know are processed and you'll demolish when you get home. When you feel the urge to snack check these things: Am I in fact dehydrated - when was the last time I drank a glass of water? Could I make myself a nutritious meal instead of just reaching for a shortly enjoyed snack?

I love this recipe 😋 I had to change it slightly due to what I have but it really is delicious and the maca powder really makes it 👍🥰
