I find squats really hard and I don't think my form is good? Squats can take a few pointers and time to get right.
Here are some tips-
Begin sitting on a bench, box and sitting up through the heels. You want to focus driving the feet into the floor.
Set your gaze into a neural position. So around horizon level.
Brace and activate your core.
Keep knees slightly angled out to the sides.
