What the duration of these workouts?
Most of these workouts will be around 30 minutes long aproximately but please see the title, for instance if its shorter then it'll say "15 minute core workout" as the title.
What equipment will I need to participate?
A mat, a set of dumbbells (if its weighted) but otherwise - just show up with plenty of water and we'll do the rest together :)
I don't think I'm fit enough for these workouts!
Try one of my beginners workouts - but also do as much as you can when you start a workout. Some days will be harder then others. Complete less reps if you're not keeping up or skip or modify an exercise where needed! And add more rest time too!

You’re magical for being able to talk whilst doing this workout 🦄💪🏻 I was panting after only the first set. It was hard but great!

I was already sweating doing the warm-up 😅 Loved the reverse kick back with leg lift. And those toe touches, they’re a killer ☠️
