How will I get the best results?
* Stay consistent with your workouts by following the programme and trying your best, no comparing to others - this is YOUR journey.
* Aim to get in 7-9 hours sleep a night-Move all devices away from your sleeping quarters or onto airplane mode.
* Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients.
* Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover - an active rest day can consist of a walk, yoga, riding your bike.
*Don't forget to stretch and cool down after your workouts (See my stretch cool down series in the app)
Are there any modifications for the exercises?
* Please modify where needed - I would recommend doing push ups on your knees and decreasing the reps if it feels too difficult on any of the movements.

What do I need to participate?
* Ideally to complete the programe you'll need a yoga mat, a light set and heavier set of dumbbells.
* A positive attitude and dedication to the program! You've got this!
