Planks to press ups - - - >mind blown 😮🤯 Such a great exercise to max out but keeping it manageable.! Loved it! Didn't feel the burn with the last core exercise but I might be doing it wrong 😅 What a great quick one! All in all a burner for cote and arms! Thanks izzi!
