Never miss a day on the hill! Be ready this ski season with my 6 week Ski and Snowboard Strength and Conditioning Program. Challenge yourself over the next 6 weeks to build your lower body and core strength, explosive power, and overall endurance. You can expect 5-6 workouts a week at ~60-90 minutes a workout. This program is designed to build strength that lasts all season and makes sure you're ahead of your pack. Designed for all levels and ages to prevent a ski season ending injury.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
