    About Iris Ramirez

    FIT FAITH COACH

    My fitness journey started 18 years ago, after gaining 60 lbs during my first pregnancy. I eventually lost the weight — not once, but twice — and as people watched my transformation, they felt inspired to start their own. What began as a simple workout group quickly turned into something deeper: we started adding Bible study, learning how to honor God with our bodies and build habits rooted in His truth. That heart-work became the foundation for our Faith & Fitness Center, which officially opened in June 2012. Then came baby #3… and suddenly, exercise and nutrition weren’t enough. My progress stalled, frustration grew, and I wondered why what used to work wasn’t working anymore. But instead of quitting, God used that season to teach me how to help others in a more holistic way — with simple, sustainable strategies that support the whole person: body, mindset, and faith. That experience became the catalyst for the next level of my calling… and F619 FIT FAITH COACHING was born. A program created not from perfection, but from real struggle, real growth, and a desire to help others build a stronger life anchored in God’s truth — one habit, one step, and one prayer at a time.
